We can also develop and produce components such as motors and heating elements for both fans and heaters independently. With an effective production and management team, professional technologists and complete production ability, we are self-sufficient. Covering an area of over 15,000 square meters, our assembly plant includes a special motor plant, an injection and a tooling plant and is equipped with six automated production lines and several automated winding machines. These guarantee that we can produce and control the quality throughout the manufacturing process.
We can produce 5,000 fan motors and 8,000 fan heaters daily. The production capacity of our auto assembly lines is 1.2 million pieces annually. We can also produce 3 million pieces of heating elements yearly. All these are produced under ISO 9001:2000 guidelines.
